Summary: We are all familiar with how urban legends can be taken way too far. Only crazy people would be that devoted to beings that very clearly are all take and no give. But alas, there are just those kinds of people out there. And it doesn't matter how old they are...

History: A long time ago, a girl and her friend stabbed one of their classmates in the hopes of bringing forth Mercy Black, an apparition that could supposedly do whatever its followers wanted it to. Years later, and the girl's grown up and over the legend. Unfortunately, the tale of Mercy Black has spread to the internet, and her nephew has developed a violent obsession with the being. It won't be long before the ghosts of the past, literal one included, begin to haunt her life...

Final Fate: After that girl that got stabbed reveals herself, the woman is rather surprised that she's bitter about not dying in that moment before. However, just as the woman lets bygones be bygones, her nephew finishes the job, and is supposedly spirited away by Mercy Black.

Powers/Abilities: Immortality, the ability to appear anywhere.

Weakness: Must be called upon through the ritual.

Scariness Factor: 4.5-Any spirit that can encourage people to kill without lifting a finger is not to be trifled with. And as for Mercy's physical appearance, it's definitely a look. Sure, some of the parts look a bit on the mismatched side of things, but it all comes together in the form of some kind of ghostly scarecrow with a blood-red mask for a face. Not to mention its height is quite on the imposing side of things.
